GTM Physician Partners, LLC is uniquely positioned to understand the need to credential new providers quickly, accurately, and efficiently. We recognize that a practice’s cash flow depends largely on its providers’ ability to begin seeing patients and submitting claims as soon as possible.

Our experienced credentialing team utilizes a streamlined, consistent process designed to move each provider through credentialing as efficiently as possible while maintaining accuracy and compliance. We proactively follow up with each payer throughout the process, allowing us to identify and address issues early rather than allowing applications to sit unresolved.

Our team has extensive experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and the major commercial and Medicare Advantage health plans. When credentialing challenges arise, we work directly with the payer to identify the issue, determine the appropriate resolution, and keep the application moving toward completion.

Throughout the process, we maintain ongoing communication with our clients and provide weekly status updates, giving you a clear understanding of what has been completed, what remains outstanding, and when you can realistically expect each provider to become effective.

Simple, Predictable Fee Structure

Our credentialing fee is designed to make the process straightforward for our clients. You pay for work completed—not a large upfront fee for an uncertain outcome.

To make credentialing more manageable for your practice, we spread our credentialing fee over five monthly payments. This lets you budget for credentialing while our team actively works through the enrollment process.

Throughout the five-month period, our team actively manages the provider’s applications, follows up with payers, addresses issues, and tracks progress toward successful enrollment.
