GTM Physician Partners, LLC (GTM) was founded in 2005 by Gary Meza, MBA/MHA, with a mission to become a trusted business advisor to medical providers and help practices achieve best practices in both financial and operational performance.
GTM works toward that mission every day by assisting medical providers and practices with practical, customized solutions tailored to their unique needs, goals, and circumstances.
With more than 25 years of experience in medical practice management, Mr. Meza has extensive hands-on experience in starting, developing, and managing medical practices. Over the past 20 years, he has helped launch over 100 practices across a broad range of specialties, including urgent care, orthopedics, ophthalmology, plastic surgery, dermatology, pediatrics, internal medicine, pain management, sports medicine, and behavioral health.
Over the past 10 years, GTM has expanded its services to address the growing credentialing needs of medical practices and their providers. Recognizing that timely and accurate credentialing is critical to a practice’s ability to begin generating revenue, GTM developed a streamlined process for managing provider enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plans.
In addition, Mr. Meza identified a need among Athenahealth clients for targeted billing support. GTM provides customized billing services based on each practice’s patient volume and specific needs. Rather than requiring practices to commit to a fixed staffing model, GTM offers flexible hourly support, allowing clients to obtain the assistance they need while maintaining control of their operating costs and staying within their budgets.
This experience gives GTM a unique understanding of the challenges medical providers face when starting, growing, or improving a practice. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, GTM draws on years of real-world experience to help clients make sound operational and financial decisions.
